Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 April 2026. These terms form a contract between Showday Tickets Ltd and the customer ("you").

1. Service

Mendmate provides browser-based software for repair shop workflows: tickets, customer CRM, inventory, point of sale, invoicing and reporting. The service is offered on a subscription basis.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity on your account.
  • Mendmate may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, breach these terms, or create security risk.

3. Trial and billing

  • Each plan offers a 14-day free trial. No card is collected to start.
  • Paid subscriptions are charged monthly or annually in advance in GBP. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Card processing fees charged by Stripe or other third-party processors are separate from Mendmate's subscription charges.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel a monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual plans cancel at renewal; mid-term annual refunds are at Mendmate's discretion.
  • After cancellation, your data remains available for export for 90 days, then is deleted or anonymised except where retention is required by law.

5. Customer data

You remain the controller of end-customer data you enter into Mendmate. You are responsible for the lawful collection, storage and communication of that data and for obtaining any necessary consents. Mendmate acts as processor and will process the data in line with its Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Agreement in place.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use Mendmate to send unsolicited marketing, distribute malicious content, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt the service.

7. Availability

Mendmate aims to keep the service available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, upstream outages and security actions may occasionally affect availability.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mendmate's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you to Mendmate in the 12 months preceding the claim. Mendmate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost data beyond what is recoverable from standard backups. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

Mendmate may modify these terms with 30 days' notice by email for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
